VISA EXEMPTION FOR CITIZEN OF SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

  To facilitate for exchange extension, cooperation and development with some of European countries, date 18/6/2015 Government issued Resolution No. 46/NQ-CP on visa exemption with duration for the citizen of some European countries. Accordingly, the citizen of some countries such as United Kingdom, the Republic of French, the Federal Republic of Germany, Spain Kingdom, the Republic of Italy that exempt from visa when entry into Vietnam with the condition of staying in Vietnam not exceed 15 days from the date of entry, irrespective of passport, entry purpose.

  In addition to the above conditions, the citizens of these countries must satisfy all conditions under provisions of the law of Vietnam.

  This policy is applied from 01/7/2015 to the end of 30/6/2016 and considered for extension under provisions of the law of Vietnam.
